Butter

Butter is produced from cow`s milk and the white to yellowish spreadable fat of the cream containing at least 82 percent fat. Other ingredients of butter are the milk particles: lactose, minerals, cholesterol, protein, fat-soluble vitamins, lactic acid and flavourings. In Germany one makes the difference between best quality butter and dairy butter.
