Mascarpone is a Cream cheese (Italian style).Mascarpone is produced from cream. For the production of Mascarpone, the cream is heated and by adding citric acid the coagulation occurs. The consistency of Mascarpone is very creamy and is therefore easy to spread. The mild Mascarpone smells and tastes fresh and milky. Our Mascarpone contains 84% FDM. Mascarpone can not only be used for Tiramisu. Mascarpone also tastes fabulous spreading on bread with tasty herbs.
