Barbecued meat skewers with mild cheese dip

Preparation

  1. Mix the spices well and rub them into the meat.
  2. Twist the spiced belly slices onto the wooden skewer and fix them.
  3. Cook the meat skewers in an oven or on a charcoal barbecue at 160°C for about 12 minutes.
  4. Remove the film from the GOLDSTEIG Mild Hot Cheese Pot and warm it up in a fan oven preheated to 140°C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes stir the cheese well and let it melt for another 10 minutes.
  5. Pour the cheese from the GOLDSTEIG Mild Hot Cheese Pot into a frying pan and place on a little warmer with candle. This keeps the cheese as a dip.
  6. Dunk the meat skewers in the cheese dip and enjoy.

  • 8 slices of 120 g pork belly strips without the rind
  • 8 large wooden skewers
