Fruit and vegetable sticks with a mild cheese dip

  1. Remove the film from the GOLDSTEIG Mild Hot Cheese Pot and warm it up in a fan oven preheated to 140°C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes stir the cheese well and let it melt for another 10 minutes.
  2. Pour the cheese from the GOLDSTEIG Mild Hot Cheese Pot into a frying pan and place on a little warmer with candle. This keeps the cheese as a dip.
  3. Wash, clean and slice the fruit and vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Blanch the vegetables briefly.
  4. Put the ingredients on wooden skewers and dip them into the mild cheese sauce.


For 2 people:

  • Seasonal fruits (strawberries, grapes, pineapple, melons, etc.)
  • Seasonal vegetables (pepper, courgettes, kohlrabi, cauliflower, broccoli, etc.)
  • 2x GOLDSTEIG Mild Hot Cheese Pot  (seasonal product)
