Stuffed pitta bread with Chinese cabbage, mozzarella and mild cheese sauce

An ideal snack for between meals

“With this Mozzarella recipe I combined the mozzarella, with GOLDSTEIG Mild Hot Cheese Pot . I thought the rather subtle flavour of the mozzarella, can be supported well by the mild taste of the Hot Cheese Pot . Add to this the fresh Chinese cabbage as a filling and the pitta bread as a crispy shell round the outside. By the way, you can also warm the pitta bread up on the barbecue. This makes it even more crispy and keeps the nice and runny. This dish is the ideal snack for between meals, kind of a healthy kebab!”

Zubereitung

  1. Remove the film from the GOLDSTEIG Mild Hot Cheese Pot and warm it up in a fan oven preheated to 140°C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes stir the cheese well and let it melt for another 10 minutes.

For the pitta filling

  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips.
  2. Cut the GOLDSTEIG Mozzarella, tomatoes and pepper into cubes.
  3. Pour the melted cheese from the GOLDSTEIG Mild Hot Cheese Pot over the pitta filling and season with salt, pepper and garlic puree.
