Part of the core no genetic engineering range, GOLDSTEIG emmental is a hard cheese with 45% fat in dry matter, which impresses young and old cheese lovers with its mild flavour and nutty aroma. As a result of its maturity it contains less than 0.1 g lactose and can therefore carry the label "naturally lactose-free".
