
Preparation
- Unwrap theGOLDSTEIG mozzarella and drain.
- Cut the piece of ham into strips 5 mm thick and 8 cm long. Cut the strips to a point at one end and freeze them on a sheet of cling film.
- Then prick the frozen ham strips with the pointed side into the GOLDSTEIG mozzarella. Wrap the slices of ham around the pricked GOLDSTEIG Mozzarella.

- Piece of smoked ham 200 g
- 12 slices of smoked ham
