Mozzarella topped with smoked ham

Preparation

  1. Unwrap theGOLDSTEIG mozzarella and drain.
  2. Cut the piece of ham into strips 5 mm thick and 8 cm long. Cut the strips to a point at one end and freeze them on a sheet of cling film.
  3. Then prick the frozen ham strips with the pointed side into the GOLDSTEIG mozzarella. Wrap the slices of ham around the pricked GOLDSTEIG Mozzarella.

For 4 people:

  • 4 packs of GOLDSTEIG mozzarella
  • Piece of smoked ham 200 g
  • 12 slices of smoked ham
