Preparation
- Peel the kiwis and mash them with a fork.
- Set aside two small strawberries and cut the rest into small pieces.
- Also set aside two amarettini and roughly crumble the remaining biscuits.
- Whip themascarpone with the cream and bourbon vanilla sugar until stiff and pour into a piping bag. Pipe about half of the mascarpone cream into the two glasses and arrange the kiwis on top.
- Then layer the amarettini and strawberries on top and cover with the remaining mascarpone cream. Garnish with the reserved strawberries and amarettini.

- 200 g GOLDSTEIG Mascarpone
- 100 g cream
- 2 sachets bourbon vanilla sugar
- 150 g strawberries
- 3 kiwis
- Approx. 12 amarettini
