All about the Nutri-Score

For which foods is the Nutri-Score not suitable?

Mainly processed foods and products with additives are labelled. Not all foods are suitable for the food traffic light system. For example, unprocessed foods such as fresh fruit and vegetables do not have a Nutri-Score. They only consist of one ingredient. Ingredients that are only used as a minor ingredient in food are also not included in the Nutri-Score. These include salt, sweeteners, spices, yeast, gelatine, tea, chewing gum and alcoholic drinks with an alcohol content of more than 1.2%.
