Is it possible for manufacturers to label only healthy products with the Nutri-Score?

If a company has decided in favour of the Nutri-Score, then it must apply the nutrition traffic light to all products. Only if a food manufacturer owns several brands can it use the Nutri-Score on some and not on others. Manufacturers are given 2 years to apply the labelling to the packaging of the product range.
