Which milk is used to make your cheese?

All the dairy products or types of cheese made by us are produced from pasteurised cow’s milk. GOLDSTEIG only processes pure natural milk from an ecologically and geographically preferred region: the Bavarian Forest and Bohemian Forest. The Green Roof of Europe is characterised by rich meadows and virtually totally unspoilt forests.
