  • 100 g quinoa, cooked according to instructions
  • 10 stalks of green asparagus, cut into pieces
  • 200 g strawberries, cut into pieces
  • 1 pack of GOLDSTEIG Protinella balls, cut into pieces

Dressing:

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 handful of basil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
