The small Bambini Mozzarella Mini are perfect for marinating in Italian herbs, such as oregano in this case. In this mozzarella recipe, the Bambini Mozzarella absorb the flavour of oregano and the lime dressing. This dish is also ideal for grilling. The Bambini salad is the ideal fresh side dish for a juicy steak, and as it is vegetarian, everyone is guaranteed to enjoy it. Preparation

  1. To make the dressing, place the ingredients in a blender jug and blend with a hand blender until smooth. Season the dressing again with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Clean and wash the salad. Place the Bambini Mozzarella Mini or Bambini Protinella Mini from GOLDSTEIG in a bowl and marinate with the dressing, diced pepper and oregano.
  3. Leave the marinated Mozzarella Minis or Protinella Minis from GOLDSTEIG to marinate for 10 minutes and place around the salad. Pour the rest of the dressing over the salad.

Ingredients

Serves 4:

  • Leaf lettuce of your choice (Lolo Roso, oak leaf, radicchio, chicory, lamb's lettuce)
  • 4 packs of GOLDSTEIG Bambini Mozzarella Mini or GOLDSTEIG Bambini Protinella Mini
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 1 pinch of oregano

For the dressing:

  • 100 ml lime oil
  • 100 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 500 ml olive oil
  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 ml stock
  • a little mustard
  • a little garlic
  • salt, pepper
