
Preparation
- Thread the pieces of vegetables and GOLDSTEIG Protinella alternately onto the skewers.
- Briefly sauté the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper in a pan, reduce (approx. 2-3 minutes) and pour over the skewers.
Ingredients
For 8 pieces:
- 8 wooden skewers
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- 2 packs of GOLDSTEIG Protinella balls, cut into pieces
- 24 cucumber slices
- 1 sweet pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
