Protinella vegetable skewers

Preparation

  1. Thread the pieces of vegetables and GOLDSTEIG Protinella alternately onto the skewers.
  2. Briefly sauté the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper in a pan, reduce (approx. 2-3 minutes) and pour over the skewers.

Ingredients

For 8 pieces:

  • 8 wooden skewers
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 packs of GOLDSTEIG Protinella balls, cut into pieces
  • 24 cucumber slices
  • 1 sweet pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
