Broccoli protinella casserole

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Place the broccoli and pasta in an oven dish. Mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over the top.
  2. Sprinkle with GOLDSTEIG Protinella and walnuts and bake for 30 minutes.

Serves 4:

  • 1 broccoli, cooked in florets
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 400 g pasta of your choice, cooked
  • 200 g granulated cream cheese
  • 1 packet GOLDSTEIG Protinella ball, in pieces
  • 60 g walnuts
