Leberkäse filled with Mini Bambini Mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Season the Mini Bambini Mozzarella from GOLDSTEIG, wrap with basil leaves and press into the meatloaf.
  2. Bake the meatloaf at 160 °C for approx. 45 mins.
  3. Cut the meatloaf into slices.

Tip:

Goes well with tasty pretzels.

  • 1 kg meat loaf
  • 1 pack of GOLDSTEIG Bambini Mozzarella
  • 1 bunch of basil
