Baked Emmental cheese cubes

Ingredients
1 packet of GOLDSTEIG Emmental cheese
3 eggs
150 g flour
150 g breadcrumbs
1 handful of cherry tomatoes
10 sprigs of rosemary
1 cucumber

Preparation
Cut the GOLDSTEIG Emmental cheese into equal-sized cubes. Then prepare the breading line and divide the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs into bowls. Coat the cheese cubes first in flour, then in the egg mixture and finally in the breadcrumbs and fry in a pan until golden brown. Cut the cucumber into thin strips with a peeler and wrap around the cheese cubes. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and half a cherry tomato and repeat until all the cheese cubes have been used up.
