Black Forest cherry dessert

Ingredients
10 Spekulatius biscuits
3 tbsp cherry liqueur
1/2 jar of sour cherries
1 tub of GOLDSTEIG mascarpone
1 tub of cream
1 packet of vanilla sugar
Preparation
Crumble the biscuits, mix with the cherry liqueur and divide between 4 small dessert glasses. Whip the cream until stiff, mix with the vanilla sugar and fold in the GOLDSTEIG mascarpone. Then pour the cream into the glasses and decorate with the drained sour cherries. As a non-alcoholic version, you can also mix some sour cherry juice with the biscuits instead of the cherry liqueur.
