Blackberry dessert without baking
The berry season offers us so many opportunities to conjure up delicious dishes @rosamundet has a great and simple dessert for you with blackberries that will also delight spontaneous visitors!

Ingredients
150 g soft GOLDSTEIG butter
100 g sugar
200 g biscuits
1 packet of GOLDSTEIG mascarpone
1 tbsp lemon juice
Blackberries
Preparation
Mix the butter with the sugar and biscuits, pour into several glasses and press down with a spoon. Mix the GOLDSTEIG mascarpone with the lemon juice and chopped blackberries and pour into the glasses. Garnish with biscuits and blackberries as a topping.
