Classic tiramisu

The classic must not be missing from Tiramisu Week. The simplest things are often the tastiest, aren't they? @taste_drink_travel has an incredibly tasty recipe for you:

Ingredients
13 ladyfingers
250 g GOLDSTEIG mascarpone
250 g quark 
100 g icing sugar
13 tbsp cappuccino
1 tbsp cocoa powder
50 g grated chocolate coating

Preparation
Place 7 ladyfingers next to each other in a bowl and drizzle each one with a tablespoon of cappuccino. For the cream, mix the GOLDSTEIG mascarpone, quark and sieved icing sugar and pour half of it onto the ladyfingers. Spread the remaining 6 sponge fingers over the cream and drizzle 1 tbsp of cappuccino over each. Then spread the rest of the cream on top and sprinkle with cocoa powder using a sieve. The chocolate coating should be coarsely chopped before topping the tiramisu. Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving. However, the tiramisu can also be prepared a day in advance.
