Courgette pasta with ricotta pesto

So simple and so delicious!
The ingredients
For the pesto
200 g cooked edamame beans
1 packet of GOLDSTEIG ricotta
2 cloves of garlic
60 g tahini
1 bunch spring onions
1 bunch parsley
1 courgette
300 g linguine
Salt, pepper to taste
50 g cooked edamame beans
Sesame seeds
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients for the pesto into a creamy paste. Cut the courgettes into noodles using a spiral cutter and boil in water for 2-3 minutes. Prepare the pasta according to the packet instructions and mix with the courgette noodles. Add the pesto and finish with chopped spring onions, parsley and the remaining edamame beans. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish.
