Mascarpone dessert with raspberries

@schnell.lecker.kochen has another great idea for a Christmas dessert for you that you can prepare very quickly and easily.

Ingredients
200 ml cream
250 g quark
250 g GOLDSTEIG mascarpone
125 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
350 g raspberries
250 g speculoos (crumbled)

Preparation
Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the quark, GOLDSTEIG mascarpone, sugar and vanilla sugar and carefully fold in the cream.
Alternate the cream with the raspberries and speculoos pieces in small dessert glasses and chill.
