Pizza with ham, pear & red cabbage 🍐
Ingredients
1 packet of pizza dough from the chiller cabinet
200 g crème fraîche
100 g ham
1 small onion
4-5 slices of GOLDSTEIG Emmental cheese wafer-thin
1 small pear
1-2 handfuls of red cabbage (ready from the jar without juice)
Salt, pepper & paprika powder
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray and then season the crème fraîche with salt, pepper and paprika powder and spread over the dough. Spread the ham on top in pieces. Peel the onion and cut into rings, slice the pear and then place both on the pastry. Spread the red cabbage on top and finish with the cheese. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes & done.
