<p><strong>Vegetarian cheese</strong></p><p>All the cheeses made by us are suitable for lacto-ovo-vegetarians and lacto-vegetarians due to the exclusive use of microbial rennet (no animal rennet). All the cheeses have been certified by the <a href="" target="_blank">VEBU (Vegetarierbund Deutschland e. V.)</a> and are therefore allowed to carry the V-Label (quality seal for vegetarian products).</p>

<p><strong>Lactose content&lt; 1.5%</strong></p><p>We voluntarily state the lactose content of our GOLDSTEIG products on our cheese specialities’ packaging to provide better guidance for people with lactose intolerance.</p><p>The amount of lactose that actually causes discomfort varies greatly from individual to individual. Only very few people affected have to completely do without any dairy products that contain lactose.</p>
Ohne Gentechnik
<p><strong>No genetic engineering</strong></p><p>The “No genetic engineering” seal is issued by the “Lebensmittel ohne Gentechnik e.V.” association.
